Chính sách này giải thích cách eFootballKickoff.com ("chúng tôi", "website") — trang cộng đồng phi chính thức, phi lợi nhuận dành cho người chơi eFootball™ Kick-Off! trên Nintendo Switch™ 2 — thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ, chia sẻ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân khi bạn truy cập website hoặc đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google. Website không liên kết với Konami Digital Entertainment, Nintendo hay Google.
1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
1.1. Dữ liệu nhận từ tài khoản Google
Khi bạn chọn "Tiếp tục với Google", chúng tôi chỉ yêu cầu các quyền cơ bản openid, email và profile. Với quyền này chúng tôi nhận được:
- Mã định danh tài khoản Google (Google account ID);
- Địa chỉ email và trạng thái đã xác minh của email;
- Tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện của tài khoản Google.
Chúng tôi không truy cập Gmail, Google Drive, danh bạ, lịch hay bất kỳ dữ liệu Google nào khác, và không bao giờ nhận mật khẩu Google của bạn.
1.2. Dữ liệu bạn tự cung cấp
- Hồ sơ thành viên: tên hiển thị, địa chỉ (tỉnh/thành), link Facebook, tên tài khoản Nintendo, Nintendo Friend Code, giờ chơi, thông tin thêm, tuỳ chọn hiện hồ sơ trên trang Thành viên. Ngoài tên hiển thị, các trường khác đều không bắt buộc.
- Nội dung bạn tạo: bình luận, lượt thích (thành viên và bình luận), báo cáo (report) dữ liệu cầu thủ sai.
- Nếu gửi report khi chưa đăng nhập: địa chỉ email bạn nhập (chỉ dùng để hạn chế spam, chúng tôi không gửi email tới địa chỉ này).
1.3. Dữ liệu kỹ thuật
- Địa chỉ IP, dùng để giới hạn tần suất gửi report/bình luận và chống lạm dụng; nhật ký truy cập do máy chủ ghi tự động.
- Cookie phiên
efk_sessionđể duy trì trạng thái đăng nhập và mã chống giả mạo yêu cầu (CSRF). Website không dùng cookie quảng cáo, không dùng công cụ phân tích hay theo dõi của bên thứ ba.
2. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu Google chỉ được dùng để: tạo và xác thực tài khoản của bạn, cho phép bạn đăng nhập, và hiển thị tên, ảnh đại diện của bạn cạnh hồ sơ, bình luận, report của chính bạn.
- Hiển thị hồ sơ thành viên theo tuỳ chọn của bạn để người chơi khác kết bạn trong game.
- Vận hành các tính năng cộng đồng: bình luận, lượt thích, report dữ liệu và phản hồi xử lý report.
- Kiểm duyệt nội dung, ngăn spam, bảo vệ an toàn tài khoản và website.
Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê dữ liệu cá nhân; không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI/ML), và không dùng để đánh giá khả năng tín dụng.
3. Tuân thủ chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google
Việc eFootballKickoff.com sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google API cho bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác sẽ tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Dịch vụ API Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng hạn chế (Limited Use).
4. Thông tin được hiển thị công khai
- Tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, huy hiệu (Admin/Mod) và nội dung bình luận của bạn hiển thị công khai trên trang có bình luận.
- Khi bật "Hiện hồ sơ trên trang Thành viên": các trường hồ sơ bạn đã điền (trừ email) hiển thị trên trang Thành viên và trang hồ sơ của bạn. Tắt tuỳ chọn này thì hồ sơ không xuất hiện ở trang Thành viên.
- Địa chỉ email, mã tài khoản Google, địa chỉ IP và nội dung report của bạn không hiển thị công khai; report chỉ bạn và quản trị viên/kiểm duyệt viên xem được.
5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân với bên thứ ba, trừ các trường hợp:
- Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ lưu trữ máy chủ (hosting) nơi đặt website và cơ sở dữ liệu, chỉ trong phạm vi vận hành kỹ thuật;
- Google, trong quá trình đăng nhập theo giao thức OAuth/OpenID Connect;
- Khi pháp luật hoặc cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền yêu cầu.
6. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
- Dữ liệu được lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu trên máy chủ của website; kết nối tới website được mã hoá bằng HTTPS.
- Khoá bí mật OAuth chỉ lưu ở phía máy chủ; chỉ quản trị viên có quyền truy cập cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Cookie phiên được đặt ở chế độ HttpOnly và SameSite để hạn chế đánh cắp phiên và giả mạo yêu cầu.
7. Thời gian lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu tài khoản và hồ sơ được lưu trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động.
- Nếu bạn bắt đầu đăng ký nhưng huỷ trước khi hoàn tất, bản ghi tài khoản bị xoá ngay.
- Email của report gửi khi chưa đăng nhập được lưu tối đa 12 tháng rồi xoá.
- Dữ liệu dùng để giới hạn tần suất theo IP chỉ được giữ tạm thời (tối đa 1 giờ); nhật ký truy cập máy chủ được xoá định kỳ.
- Xoá tài khoản: gửi email từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản tới efootballkickoffvn@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Xoá tài khoản". Chúng tôi xoá tài khoản, hồ sơ và dữ liệu nhận từ Google trong vòng 30 ngày; bình luận của bạn sẽ bị xoá hoặc ẩn danh hoá.
- Thu hồi quyền truy cập Google: bạn có thể gỡ quyền của website bất cứ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Quyền của bạn
Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền được biết, đồng ý hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, yêu cầu xoá, hạn chế xử lý, phản đối xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của mình. Bạn có thể tự sửa hồ sơ và ẩn hồ sơ trong trang cá nhân; các yêu cầu khác vui lòng gửi email tới địa chỉ liên hệ bên dưới, chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày.
9. Trẻ em
Website không dành cho người dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Người từ 13 đến dưới 16 tuổi chỉ được tạo tài khoản khi có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ. Nếu phát hiện tài khoản không đáp ứng điều kiện này, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.
10. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang và thông báo trên website trước khi thay đổi quan trọng có hiệu lực. Nếu thay đổi cách sử dụng dữ liệu Google, chúng tôi sẽ xin lại sự đồng ý của bạn.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how eFootballKickoff.com ("we", "the website") — an unofficial, non-profit community website for players of eFootball™ Kick-Off! on Nintendo Switch™ 2 — collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit the website or sign in with your Google account. The website is not affiliated with Konami Digital Entertainment, Nintendo or Google.
1. Data we collect
1.1. Data received from your Google account
When you choose "Continue with Google", we only request the basic openid, email and profile scopes. Through them we receive:
- Your Google account ID;
- Your email address and whether it is verified;
- Your Google display name and profile picture.
We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data, and we never receive your Google password.
1.2. Data you provide
- Member profile: display name, address (province/city), Facebook link, Nintendo account name, Nintendo Friend Code, play times, additional info, and whether to show your profile on the Members page. Apart from the display name, all fields are optional.
- Content you create: comments, likes (of members and comments), and reports of incorrect player data.
- If you submit a report without signing in: the email address you enter (used only to limit spam; we do not send emails to it).
1.3. Technical data
- IP address, used to rate-limit reports/comments and prevent abuse; access logs recorded automatically by the web server.
- The
efk_sessionsession cookie that keeps you signed in and holds an anti-forgery (CSRF) token. We do not use advertising cookies or any third-party analytics or tracking tools.
2. How we use data
- Google user data is used only to create and authenticate your account, let you sign in, and show your name and profile picture next to your own profile, comments and reports.
- To display your member profile, according to your settings, so other players can add you as a friend in the game.
- To operate community features: comments, likes, data reports and moderator replies to reports.
- To moderate content, prevent spam and keep accounts and the website secure.
We do not sell or rent personal data; we do not use it for advertising, to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or to determine creditworthiness.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
eFootballKickoff.com's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. What is shown publicly
- Your display name, profile picture, role badge (Admin/Mod) and comment content are public on pages where you comment.
- With "Show my profile on the Members page" turned on, the profile fields you filled in (never your email) are shown on the Members page and your profile page. When turned off, your profile does not appear on the Members page.
- Your email address, Google account ID, IP address and report contents are never public; reports are visible only to you and to administrators/moderators.
5. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties except:
- The hosting provider where the website and database run, strictly for technical operation;
- Google, during sign-in via the OAuth / OpenID Connect protocol;
- When required by law or a competent authority.
6. Storage and security
- Data is stored in the website's database on its server; connections to the website are encrypted with HTTPS.
- OAuth client secrets are kept server-side only; only administrators can access the database.
- Session cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite to reduce session theft and request forgery.
7. Retention and deletion
- Account and profile data are kept while your account is active.
- If you start registration and cancel before completing it, the account record is deleted immediately.
- Emails attached to reports sent without signing in are kept for at most 12 months, then deleted.
- IP-based rate-limit data is kept temporarily (at most 1 hour); server access logs are deleted periodically.
- Deleting your account: email efootballkickoffvn@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account, profile and all data received from Google within 30 days; your comments are deleted or anonymised.
- Revoking Google access: you can remove the website's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Your rights
Under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, and to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data. You can edit or hide your profile yourself; for other requests, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The website is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users aged 13 to under 16 may only create an account with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe an account does not meet this requirement, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top and announce significant changes on the website before they take effect. If we change how Google user data is used, we will ask for your consent again.
